Webinar: ETS Stage-Gate Process for Service and Program Expansion

On April 30 at 10am Eastern US Time, ETS will hold a webinar to discuss a new initiative to help guide the development of new programs and services for the industry. We have developed a Stage-Gate Process, similar to those used by companies in product development, for our new program development activities. With 10 successful years of operating the ETS Program, we are looking to future to stay relevant and valuable to the agricultural technology industry and its partners. This newly developed process, which includes an operating procedure and associated tools, is intended to govern the development of a significant new service or a new program area. Join us during this informative webinar as we highlight the developed processes, how are members can submit concept proposals, and the path from concept submission to new program or service launch.
