Chris Holdgreve, Executive Director
Chris Holdgreve joined the ETS staff in March 2010 as Executive Director. In this capacity, he is responsible for the management and operation of the program under the direction of the 14-member Board of Directors. Holdgreve also coordinates the Excellence Through Stewardship^® Audit Process and conducts outreach activities with ETS members, prospective members, academic groups, industry stakeholders and the general public. Prior to joining ETS, he was the Director of Legislative Affairs for the National Grain and Feed Association (NGFA) and was the principal staff coordinator for issues related to agricultural policy, biotechnology, international trade, and transportation. He was appointed to the U.S. Trade Representative/U.S. Department of Agriculture International Trade Advisory Committee. Holdgreve previously served as Assistant Director of the Wheat Export Trade Education Committee where he was involved in all aspects of association management. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science and a Master of Arts degree in Political Science.

Mark Bowen, Program Manager
Mark Bowen joined Excellence Through Stewardship in 2008 as Program Manager. He is the staff lead for the work of ETS committees and assists the Executive Director with the operations of the organization. Prior to joining ETS, Bowen was the Industry Information Manager with the U.S. Apple Association and worked in sales for U.S. seed companies. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and is a Certified Crop Adviser by the American Society of Agronomy.
